Anti Angiogenesis Foods
67Angiogenesis is the process by which blood vessels feed cells nutrients and oxygen.
Fat cells and cancer cells can’t live if angiogenesis isn’t occurring. If you would like to know a little more about the process of angiogenesis please see this guide: Why Angiogenesis is so important.
A study is being made by scientists to see if certain foods are anti-angiogenesis.
While these are still undergoing study, the foods are good whole foods that, even if they weren’t anti-angiogenesis, they would still provide you with good nutrition!
If you watch the video below, you will see that red grape juice halts the process of angiogenesis.

I really believe that the food we eat can either kill us or help us live and anti-angiogenesis is one of the reasons I believe this.
You could make a meal only from foods on this list! Eat up!

Thanks for the list of foods. I am wondering if broccoli and/cauliflower would anti-angiogenesis as well? Are there more vegetables that would fit into this category?

I've heard many times that ginseng has anti cancer and anti-angiogenesis characteristics!

Just yesterday a friend sent the TED video of William Li's talk on Angiogensis.Thank goodness for good friends and for the this amazing research.
I have always known that food is our elixir to health along with natural exercise, clean air and water and good friends.
This research confirms this belief. Thanks to Dr Li and the other researchers in this exciting field.
Now I must get busy reviewing the food list and paying attention to the foods that are known to be included on the list above.
The body has the potential to take care of itself especially if we pay attention the foods that help us heal
I will be keeping my eye on this reseach as it uncovers the unknown.
